Individuals wanting to avail the facility of these packages will be required to report at 9:00 AM to the TPA/Health Check Counter on the first floor.
The chosen package includes Sugar (F/PP) or Lipid Profile. Please come fasting for a minimum of 12 hours (no tea, coffee, or milk to be taken before investigation). Regular medication if any may be taken with a small amount of water.

Payment and collection of lab reports are to be done at the TPA/Health Check Counter. Physician check-up can be done between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM with prior appointment. Please bring all the reports with you.
